Terms & Conditions

All orders placed with KMJ Shoes are subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions when visiting the site and submitting orders.

When you submit an order via our website, phone or one of representatives you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your order. When placing via any of these methods, the order is viewed as confirmed and payment is required. All sales are priced in Australian dollars and do not include GST. GST is calculated on your invoice.

KMJ Shoes has 2 freight companies that are regularly used for customer deliveries. Freight is charged according to location. The freight component is added to an order.Customers residing overseas are responsible for their freight. All documentation must be provided and clear instructions and contact names are to be provided. Delivery to freight depots within Australia can be organised by our existing couriers.Most orders are normally dispatched within 24-72 hours.

In accordance with KMJ’s “100% Perfect Policy” should there be a fault with one of our shoes (that has missed our careful inspection) then simply send a photo via email or text and one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss.  When deemed a manufacturer error we will happily replace them for you. Store credit/ refund/ replacement of product will only be provided for stock shipped within 6 months of purchase.

Kmj accepts payment via credit cards – Visa and Bankcard or via direct debit. On the rare occasion we accept cheque. All goods are not dispatched until payments are cleared. Payments that are paid by credit card will have “Global Commodities Brokerage” appear on their bank statement.
