How To Order

How Do I Order?

1. To purchase from KMJ you must be a registered with us. To register just click on the "register button on the top right hand corner of the page and follow the prompts".
2. Once approved you can place your order via our website. Each style has an option to select the size and quantity you require. Order each shoe until finished and once completed press "submit". Please note you can also email or fax us.
3. Your order will be emailed to our staff who will be in contact with you the same or next working day.
4. Payment is not required on our site as freight needs to be calculated manually by our staff.

How Do I Pay?

We do not have any accounts or credit facilities available at KMJ. All shoes are prepaid before they are dispatched. You can pay via credit card or direct debit to our bank account but on rare occasions we will accept a cheque or money order but goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared. Bank details are located on the bottom of your invoice. Depending on the time of your payment goods may be sent out the same day or within 72 hours.

What Freight Company Do You Use?

We use 2 different freight companies, Fastways and TNT Express and occasionally Australia Post. Freight is charged separately on your invoice.

What Are Your Shoes Made Of?

Most of our shoes are made with synthetic materials including PU, a synthetic leather fabric. We have found the quality to be excellent due to advances in shoe making technologies and the prices very competitive for our retailers. However, just recently we have sourced an excellent leather manufacture and will supply a small collection of leather shoes each year.

What Sizes Do You Sell?

KMJ owns 3 labels, it's own brand KMJ, Shoe Obsession and Style Comfort. In all labels we stock in sizes 5-10 and in selected styles up to size 13.

What Happens If A Shoe Breaks Or A Customer Returns A Shoe?

In the event that one of our shoes breaks or a fault misses our careful inspection, we ask retailers to take a photo of the fault and either email or send a picture text to us so we can quickly inspect the fault. Once we have received the photo and discussed the circumstances around the fault we will replace the shoe for you at no charge.
